A key new feature that can be found on www.gammaflux.com include an online configurator that allows real-time quoting and ordering of the company’s new line of LEC hot runner temperature control systems.

We’ve designed this site to make it as easy and as fast as possible for users worldwide to instantly receive a detailed quote, said Mike Brostedt, Gammaflux Director of Market Development.

Users receive a User ID and password the first time they use the online configurator. The system stores all information so whenever a user returns to the site, they can review any previous quote that was created under their unique ID. To track their order, users are provided with a ship date and tracking number. They simply go to the customer center on the site, enter their order number, and get the status of their order.

The configurator on the site is currently operating for the new Gammaflux line of LEC hot runner temperature controllers, which were introduced at K 2004. These controllers provide molders with full-featured hot runner temperature control at an extremely competitive price. Designed for smaller hot runner system applications, the LEC is offered with 2, 6 and 12 zone enclosures. The LEC features a modular design for simple control card removal, addition or replacement. An optional network module allows users to link two 6 or 12 zone enclosures together for up to 24 zones of control. All 6 and 12 zone LEC enclosures come prewired to accept the network module, so the module can be ordered up front or added at a later date.
