GAMMAFLUX ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Sterling, VA (February 24, 2009) . . . Gammaflux L.P., the world’s leading supplier of hot runner temperature control systems, has announced that Jeff Colman has been named President and CEO of the company, effective immediately. He replaces David Huntting, who has been named Chairman of the company.

Also, the company announced that Vince Leone has been promoted to Vice President. Colman, Huntting and Leone will all serve as Officers of the company.

In 1991 Colman, Huntting and Pete Cullum formed a partnership and purchased Gammaflux. Huntting had served as President since that time, and Colman was Secretary. Cullum had served as Vice President-Engineering until his retirement in 2007.

Leone, who has worked at Gammaflux since 1997, joined the company as a Regional Sales Manager and most recently was Director of Sales Operations - Western Hemisphere for the company.

“I am excited to be assuming this new role that Dave Huntting has held, and performed so well, for 17 years,” said Colman. “I will look to Dave for his advice and counsel as I take over the day-to-day management of the company.”

“At the same time, I congratulate Vince on his promotion to Vice President,” continued Colman. “He has been an integral part of our organization for over 10 years, and I look forward to working more closely with him.”
